They helped us with everything from the visa and governmental processes to housing to bank accounts and all the nuances of everyday life. It wasn't just that they helped us with everything, they were systematic and organized. I never had to reach out to anyone to get an update or figure out next steps. They followed up on everything, sent constant communication to keep us updated, told us what we needed to do when, scheduled all the meetings, and took the time to show us all the little things from public transportation to local grocery shopping. Even after the relocation is complete, they still provide access to their well-organized mobile app full of information and they're still just a phone call away in case of emergencies. They made the entire relocation process extremely smooth and easy; all we had to worry about was packing!
