Even though the Danes have a reputation of being a quite reserved, we know for a fact that they are eager to welcome and build friendships with their foreign employees!

Through the Cultural Family Network initiative, created for the Danish Ministry of Integration in 2009, we have developed welcome procedures and social networks in a number of Danish companies that created the basis for a strong retention strategy. The key element is to engage the Danish colleagues and avoid expat clubs.
